Violins aren't made to be held in the right hand as opposed to normally being held in the left, are they? The model is holding it backwards, isn't she?

Yes, I am, as the result of being left-handed. I knew it would look awkward, however, I simply could not get myself to pose holding the bow with my right hand.
Also, the violin is undersized. it's a child's violin.

Ah, I see. I think it's interesting that you say that, because I am left-handed too, so holding my violin and viola comes naturally, but I suppose if you tried a pose where you couldn't see your right hand very well, holding the bow awkwardly wouldn't be as noticeable. Just a thought. :)
